To help us stay focused on our mission to protect and celebrate rare species, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if it goes missing entirely, we will happily arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.

Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items

Our apparel and select items are custom made-to-order and shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partners.

• Because these pieces are printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

• Please double-check our size guides before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit!

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect design, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
