Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every single order is packed with care from our studio in the United Kingdom and sent out to its new home using Royal Mail. Because we focus on rare and precious things, we want to ensure they arrive safely in your hands! ♡

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • UK & Asia-Pacific: United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan.

  • Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile.

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

A Note on EU Shipping: Due to a high volume of missing transit issues and complex import regulations within the EU, we are deeply sorry that we cannot offer shipping to EU countries at this time. Thank you so much for understanding!

Tracking & Shipping Methods

To guarantee peace of mind for both you and our small team, all international orders are now shipped as Small Tracked Parcels. We no longer use standard stamp mail for overseas delivery, ensuring your rare finds can be tracked every step of the way.

Processing & Shipping Times

We ship out packages twice a week from our studio.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 5 business days.

  • UK Delivery: Usually 3 to 7 business days from shipment.

  • International Delivery: Usually 1 to 5 weeks, depending on your location and local customs clearance.

Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items

Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats are custom made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partner to keep our carbon footprint lower.

  • Shipping Time: Apparel takes between 3 to 14 business days to fulfill (though it often arrives much quicker!).

  • Separate Delivery: These items ship Free Worldwide and will arrive separately from your stickers or prints.

  • The Packaging: Because they come directly from our fulfillment partner, they will arrive in secure, blank packaging. (We apologize that this outer packaging won't be quite as adorable as the illustrated treasures inside!).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees set by your destination country. While we do everything we can to streamline this process at checkout, these charges are out of our control. If you do incur unexpected fees, please reach out to us so we can look into it for you!

How We Package Your Treasures

We want your items to arrive in pristine condition. Here is how your order is protected:

  • Stickers: Shipped securely in small, protective envelopes.

  • Art Prints: Shipped flat in extra-sturdy envelopes reinforced with backing board to prevent bending.

  • Apparel: Shipped in heavy-duty, weather-secure mailers directly from our partner.
